A method for preparation of sheep females to life-time extraction of oocytes the administration to the vagina of vaginal pessaries containing preparations of gestagen action. Before administration of pessaries with animal gestagen foam rubber sponges with Epinephrin are inserted into vagina for period of 6 days with in amount of 20-30 mg, and at introduction of pessraies with gestagen to sheep the preparation of estrogen action is injected intramuscularly in a dose of 2-3 mg.
