A method for making spreads with filler provides for accepting and primary treatment of raw material, reconstituting dry nonfat milk, preparing a fat emulsion, preparing and adding the filler, pasteurizing, converting the fat mixture into a spread. In doing so adding the filler is carried out at the stage of converting the fat mixture into the spread, preliminary dissolving in 3-5-fold volumes of the fat emulsion at 40-50 °C and mixing for 15-20 min., and natural food aromatizers on the basis of caraway essential oil are used as filler. |
