摘要 The invention relates to threaded pipe joints and can be used at arrangement and operation of oil and gas wells. A hermetic threaded joint of foil-field pipes if formed with male pipe (1) and female pipe (2), with support conical threads (3) with conicity 1:16 and profile angle from 12,5° to 13,5°, at that the profile of the support conical thread (3) looks like scalene trapezium with support facet of turn (4), placed at large angle to direction of action of load, the male pipe(1) and the female pipe (2), are in contact one with another with conical support surfaces arranged at the outer surface of the male pipe (1) at section between the conical thread (3) and the end of the pipe (1) as conical support surface (5) with conicity 1:10 to the side of the pipe and at the inner surface of the pipe (2), that surrounds, at section between the conical threading (3) and the body of the pipe (2) as conical support surface (6) with conicity 1:10 to the side of the pipe, respectively, and conical support surfaces provided at the end of the male pipe (1) as a conical support end surface (7) with angle of conicity from 74,5° to 75,5° in direction of male pipe (1) and at the inner surface of the female pipe (2), respectively, at section of transition of the support conical surface (6) to the body of the pipe (2) as conical support surface (8) with angle of conicity from 74,5° to 75,5° in direction of the female pipe (2). According to the invention, on the male pipe (1) a cylindrical recess (9) is provided, this is parallel to axis of the pipe (1), and on the female pipe (2) a cylindrical recess (10), is provided, this is parallel to the axis of the pipe (2), at that the cylindrical recesses (9 and 10) are arranged in such way that at assemblage of the threaded joint those form together a cavity (11), this it one side is restricted with cylindrical recess (9) on the male pipe (1), and at the other side with cylindrical recess (10) on the female pipe (2), at that the length of the cylindrical recess (9) on the male pipe (1) is within interval fromL= (L+ 1) - ((∅F + 0,25) - ∅C)×0,1 + (L- 1)L= L- ((∅F - 0,15) - ∅C)×0,1 + (L+ 0,5),and length of the cylindrical recess (10) on the female pipe (2), is within the interval fromL= L- (((B - 1,25) + ((∅E - 1,607)- (∅A + 0,5))×0,0625)L= (L- 0,5) - (((B + 1,75) + ((∅E - 1,533)- (∅A - 0,25))×0,0625),where Land L– maximal and minimal lengths of the cylindrical recess on the male pipe (1);Land L– maximal and minimal lengths of the cylindrical recess on the female pipe (2);A – diameter of cylindrical recess in the female pipe (2);B – distance from the end of the female pipe (2) to the main plane;F – diameter of the cylindrical recess in the male pipe (1);C – diameter of the conical support surface (5), that is determined at distance Lfrom the end formed by its imaginary intersection with conical support surface (5);E - average diameter of the conical threading (3) in the main plane;L– distance from the end of the female pipe (2) to the end of the cylindrical recess (10);L– total length of the tightening element of the male pipe (1);L– distance from the end of the male pipe (1) to measuring plane of diameter of its tightening element.Use of the invention makes it possible to increase tightness of threaded joint and manufacturability due to simplification of construction.
