METHOD FOR WATER PURIFICATION FROM SURFACTANTS

The invention relates to water treatment, in particular to the photochemical oxidation of organic substances in water, and can be used for the surfactants removal from natural and waste water. A method for water purification from surfactants comprises the water treatment by UV-radiation, at that the process is carried out in optical layer thickness and UV-radiation source is placed above the treated water. The embodiment of the proposed method provides the high degree of water purification at the level of 85-100 %.
