Method for determination of resistance of wood to impact abrasion in friction zone is realized by repetitive kicks of counter-sample over the surface of the sample, this provides abrasion of wood in process of impact load, at that resistance of wood to impact abrasion is evaluated by loss of mass () of the sample depending on value of ratio of total work (), number of kicks () of the counter-sample to the area of cross section () of the sample during test time () at given frequency of its rotation ().
