A method for making a whey drink includes addition of filler, mixing, heat treatment. The “Prozer” products on the basis of germinated cereals purposed for therapeutic-prophylactic nourishment is used as filler in an amount of 2-4 %, which prior to adding to the whey is subjected to swelling in the pasteurized whey taken in a ratio to said additives as 3:1-2.5:1 with the following heat treatment at a temperature of 93-97 °C with an exposure of 4-5 min. |
