A method for treatment of phlegmon of hernia using allograft in an experiment comprises the placing and fixing of allograft in the tissues of herniaplastic area. Preliminary, after arising of hernia sack phlegmon the dissecting of skin and fatty hypoderm is performed above the hernia outpouching with opening of abscess, its washing with 0.02 -% "Dekasan" solution with the subsequent plastic of hernia defect with polypropylene net and treatment of postoperative wound preparation with "Octenisept farblos" preparation and administration of Ceftriaxon intramuscularly during seven days, Immunofan during ten days after operation and single administration of Reterpen.
