A system for attachment of people/cargo on an evacuation device of "network box" type during their evacuation by a helicopter on an external suspension, which comprises basic assemblies of body safety belts fastened to a power base, and body safety belts with claspsattached to the attachment units, in the case the basic assemblies of fastening body safety belts are rigidly fixed in the upper end of the power base. The system further comprises wrist safety belts and wrist belts with clasps.
