Method for control of effectiveness of hypolipidemic therapy in patients with ischemic cardiac disease and insular diabetes of 2-nd type includes prescription of statinotherapy, implementation of bio-chemical investigation of blood serum before and after 4 weeks of treatment with determination of levels of total cholesterol (TCS), triglycerides (TG), cholesterol of high-density lipoproteides (CS HDLP), cholesterol of low density lipoproteides (CS LDLP), and evaluation of residual (latent) cardio-vascular risk relates to storage of increased level of TG and decreased level of CS HDLP. Additionally one determines dynamics of fatal cardio-vascular risk. |
