A wind-driven power plant includes an infinite band tightened on two cylinders installed in frame, those can rotate, working blades installed on the band, and an electric generator. The cylinders are installed in the frame in such a way that axis of rotation of the front cylinder is higher compared to axis of rotation of the back cylinder. The working blades are installed with possibility of flap to working position when band passes under the cylinders and fall to the band at its passage over the cylinders. The frame of the windmill is installed at a mast and has a plate for orienting to wind and a counterweight. The electric generator is placed in the front cylinder. The front cylinder is connected with flexible transmission to the back cylinder to which the vessel filled with gas lighter than air is placed. At that the back cylinder is installed with possibility to perform a turn with respect to axis of rotation of the front cylinder under effect of wind force. |
