A method for heat treatment of fine-sized tool from cold-worked wire includes annealing of granular pearlite, incomplete quenching and drawing-back on the structure of tempered martensite. The annealing is carried out by brief heating to 550- for 5-30 min. followed with heating to the hardening temperature. |
