METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF FUNGICIDES OF CLASS OF TRIAZOLES IN AIR

摘要

Method for determination of fungicides of class of triazoles in air includes preparation of air samples to extraction, carrying out extraction, concentration and chromatographic study itself. Chromatographic study is carried out on plates “Sorbfil” impregnated with Vaseline oil in system of movable phase acetone+water (1:1) with following detection of components with reagent brome-phenol blue. After that one visually determines presence or absence of spots of rich-blue color on light-yellow background.
