METHOD FOR KEEPING TEMPERATURE OF TRANSPORTATION PRODUCT IN “PIPE IN PIPE” SYSTEM

A method for maintaining the temperature of transported product in the pipe-in-pipe system includes preparation and anti-corrosion protection of outer surface of lined metal pipe, preparation of its centering, sealing followed by vibratory compaction and tightening of both ends of annular space with pressing washer with gasket seal and central opening. The outer surfaces are protected with thin layer of roll thermal insulation made of foamed polyethylene. Sealing is carried out with inorganic fiber heat-insulation materials or inorganic high-porosity fine-disperse heat insulation natural or synthetic materials.
