A method for diagnostics and treatment of abdominal damages of parenchymatous organs comprises the laparocentesis and diagnostic peritoneal lavage. The additional laparocentesis is performed in epigastric corner. The lavage of abdominal region is performed by courses through the laparocentesis openings with ozonized physiological solution drop-wise.
