The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the motor scooter as shown in the drawings; the motor scooter presents a step-through frame formed from a front structure, a front leg shield area, a central raised area with lower side steps on each side thereof, and a rear structure area with a saddle situated above the rear structure area; the central raised area slopes downwards and forwards and merges smoothly into the front leg shield area which presents a pair of downwards and rearwards curved portions which bend forwards along their outside edges; the curved portions are situated above a pair of curved front fenders; the front structure presents a symmetrical front surface which curves slightly forwardly from side to side and also curves upwards and rearwards in side view from a narrow lower end; the front structure also presents a narrow raised elongated area with downwardly converging side edges situated between a pair of recessed grill-like areas; the pair of recessed grill-like areas together present downwardly converging side edges which merge into a curved lower end; the upper front structure presents a handle bar section with a forwardly curved from side to side front surface and a pair of outwardly extending handle cover areas; the handle bar section in rear view presents a scalloped V-like shape which merges into outwardly extending handle areas; the rear structure presents a smooth curved front surface which merges into side surfaces which in turn curve rearwards and inwards; the saddle is generally V-shaped in plan view and presents side surfaces which flare outwards and merge smoothly into the front and side surfaces of the rear structure; the upper surface of the rear structure to the rear of the saddle presents a generally semi-oblong like configuration in plan view which extends upwards away from the saddle; a rear fender curves downwards and rearwards from the lower rear surface of the rear structure.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view of the design of a motor scooter;Fig. 2 is a front view thereof;Fig. 3 is a rear view thereof;Fig. 4 is a right side elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 6 is a top view thereof; andFig. 7 is a bottom view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included. |
