Method for reveal of bile pigments in histological cuts includes dyeing of histological cuts with any hematoxylin with following dyeing with solution of thionine on water solution of ice acetic acid and dyeing with water solution of acid fuchsine. At that only bile pigments are dyed. After that one determines location of those pigments in cell cytoplasm. |
