METHOD FOR PERIVASAL CORRECTION OF VALVULAR FAILURE IN DEEP VEINS OF LOWER LIMBS

A method for the perivasal correction of the valvular failure in the deep veins of the lower limbs comprises the longitudinal venetomy through commissures followed by applying the vascular sutures. The circular suture is applied around the venous vessel in such a way that the filament passes in turn in muscular layer and over adventitial layer with approximately equal length of the sutures and the intervals between them. The suture is applied at the distance of 1- below the commissures. Upon tying the sutures, the vein is narrowed and the cusps close.
