THE PRESENT INVENTION RELATES GENERALLY TO A CRANK ROCKER COMBUSTION ENGINE WHEREIN THE DELAY ANGLE (B) IS ELIMINATED THEREBY ALLOWING THE ENGINE A BETTER BALANCE CONTROL THUS AFFORDING A MORE EFFICIENT AND POWERFUL COMBUSTION ENGINE. THE CRANK RADIUS OF THE ENGINE IS INDEPENDENT OF THE ENGINE STROKE AND IT CAN BE DESIGNED TO A DESIRED LENGTH IN ORDER TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF ENGINE TORQUE.
