The device (1) has an insert (8a) comprising detachable holding unit to mount and hold the insert around a head (6) of a screwing unit (2). A safety cap (10) is placed on the insert assembled on the head. A locking unit locks the safety cap on the insert. A disk (15) is mounted on a threaded rod (5) of the screwing unit between an assembly surface (4) and the head. The safety cap is in truncated shape. The insert and cap are made of plastic and metal such as zinc, aluminum, magnesium and copper (ZAMAC) alloy or aluminum.
