The device has a fastening bracket (10) comprising a support element (13) vertically arranged on a bearing structure i.e. bearing wall, and secured to an angle bar (16). A securing unit secures the support element to the bearing structure. A thermal insulation element (20) has a high mechanical compressive strength closer to or greater than that of concrete. The thermal insulation element is made of basalt based material, synthetic material with base of resin, plastic or cork added foam glass, charged cement based material, polyester or epoxy resin.
