Disclosed is a liquid crystal display device in which transparent electrodes (130, 140) in a subpixel (100) are interconnected and the transparent electrodes are connected to neighboring reflective electrodes (110, 120), but the reflective electrodes (110, 120) are not interconnected. Each electrode is provided at a location corresponding to the central portion thereof with an alignment anchoring structure (111, 121, 131, 141), and an alignment anchoring structure (151) is disposed between the reflective electrodes (110, 120) that are not interconnected. The alignment anchoring structure (151) forces liquid crystal to be aligned with stability on the reflective electrode portion, thereby providing a transreflective liquid crystal display device which has improved display properties, e.g., with feeling of graininess and afterimage reduced.
