The present invention relates to a particle counter, which includes a total reflection light guide member provided with a light source, a flow tube, a sensing part, and a lens, so as to have a slim and compact structure. A particle counter according to the present invention includes: a light source; a flow tube spaced a predetermined distance apart from the light source, transmitting light emitted by the light source, and providing a passage for a fluid containing minute particles to be measured; a sensing part disposed near the light source with the flow tube disposed therebetween, in order to sense the quantity of light passing through the flow tube; at least one lens disposed between the light source and the sensing part to guide light emitted by the light source to the flow tube and to the sensing part; and a light guide member supporting the light source, the flow tube, the sensing part, and the lens, and totally reflecting light therein so as to guide light emitted by the light source to the sensing part via the flow tube.
