MULTI-INPUT COMPARATOR AND POWER SWITCHING CIRCUIT

A multi-input comparator (500, 600, 700) includes a first differential transistor (MP51, MP61, MP71) whose gate receives a first voltage (EAO), a second differential transistor (MP52, MP62, MP72) whose gate receives a second voltage (Ramp), a first resistor (R51, R61, R71) and a second resistor (R52, R62, R72). One terminal of the first resistor and one terminal of the second resistor are respectively connected to the sources of the first differential transistor and the second differential transistor. The other terminal of the first resistor is connected to the other terminal of the second resistor. The node by which the first resistor is connected to the first differential transistor is connected to a current injection source; or the node by which the second resistor is connected to the second differential transistor is connected to a current extraction source. A power switching circuit (800) includes a power converting stage (830), a voltage sampling circuit (840, 860), an error amplifier (850) and the multi-input comparator.
