FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: diesel engine injection nozzle includes the housing, needle arranged in it and containing the shank, guide part and stem with locking part, and fuel supply channels made in the housing, spraying holes, cooling cavity under differential platform of needle; at that, cooling cavity consists of two chambers, and generatrix of the cavity is made in the form of 3-shaped curve so that turbulisation projection is formed; at that, upper chamber of cooling cavity at conjugation points with fuel supply channels includes turbulisation transitions made in the form of bowl-shaped cavities. At that, ratio of diameters of the guide part and stem of the needle is 1.15, and needle shank is conical and has spherical surface for contact to the rod. ^ EFFECT: improvement of design of needle and cooling cavity so that strength of the housing increases for implementation of increased injection pressures at provided good service life of injector. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
