摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar lighting system stably maintaining an adhesion state of a light-emitting region of a light source element and a light-incident surface of a light guide plate to efficiently use the light, and advantageous to miniaturize the system and to reduce the thickness thereof.SOLUTION: In order to regulate installation positions of a pair of LEDs 52, pairs of lock blocks 514, four lock blocks in total, are provided to project at predetermined positions of an end surface 513, into which the light enters, of the light guide plate 51 formed from a transparent resin plate. Each LED 52 is formed with a pair of recesses 522 engaged with the lock blocks 514. The pair of LEDs 52 are directly mounted on a light source FPC 53 by a COF method, and in a state of fitting by externally inserting the recess 522 of each LED 52 corresponding to each lock block 514 on each lock block 514, the light source FPC 53 is attached to the light-incident surface 513 of the light guide plate 51 in an end on a light source side of the light-emitting surface 511 to maintain an installation state of adhering the light-emitting region of each LED 52 to the light-incident surface 513 of the light guide plate 51.
