PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stereoscopic vision images suited to the intention of a photographer by generating a depth image reflecting the intention of the photographer during photographing.SOLUTION: The stereoscopic vision image preparation device includes: a first camera unit 16 for acquiring the two-dimensional image 62 of an object; a distance information acquisition means 78 for acquiring distance information to the object; a depth image generation means 80 for generating a depth image 88 for outputting the stereoscopic vision image of the object on the basis of at least the acquired distance information; a photographing related information acquisition means 82 for acquiring one or more pieces of photographing related information when the object is imaged; and a depth image generation method determination means 84 for determining one of a plurality of depth image generation methods for generating the depth image 88 on the basis of the acquired photographing related information. The depth image generation means 80 generates the depth image 88 on the basis of the acquired distance information and the depth image generation method determined in the depth image generation method determination means 84. |
