PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid contact membrane producing highly concentrated ozone water at a high treating speed.SOLUTION: The gas-liquid contact membrane for producing ozone water has fine holes; the pitch of the fine holes is 30-1,000 nm; the fine hole diameter is 10-300 nm; the thickness of the gas-liquid contact membrane is 30-1,000 nm, and a standard deviation of the fine holes in the hole diameter distribution is 30% or less of an average value.
