PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent formation of cracks between press-fitting portions of terminal fittings.SOLUTION: On an intermediate wall 23 to become a depth face of a fitting-in recess 21A to a counterpart connector, press-fitting holes 28 are installed in a row into which tabs 12 of a joint terminal 10 are press-fitted. While bored part forming regions 32M are set on both upper and lower sides of an aligned region of the press-fitting holes 28, at positions, out of the regions 32M, corresponding to upper and lower parts of the intermediate position of mutually neighboring press-fitting holes 28 in an aligned direction, material continuous parts 35 are installed in which a synthetic resin material to form a housing 20 is continuous without installing a bored part. When the tabs 12 are press-fitted into the press-fitting holes 28, although a compression force x acts from right and left both sides against the resin material between both press-fitting holes 28 of right and left sides, since the right and left both sides of the intermediate position of both press-fitting holes 28 have the material continuous parts 35, vertical tensile force does not act unlike a case wherein there is the bored part 30, and as a result, formation of the cracks in the resin material between the both press-fitting holes 28 is prevented. |
