PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal which allows a user to implement charging with suitable timing.SOLUTION: In the portable communication terminal 1, an event with a high possibility of before-sleeping is detected by a user state information acquiring section 2 and on the basis of the detected event, a user state determining section 3 determines whether a user is in a state before sleeping. Thus, whether it is suitable timing for implementing charging is determined. When it is detected that the user is before sleeping and it is determined by a battery state detecting section 4 that the remaining power of a power source is less than or equal to a predetermined value, a notification for urging the user to perform a charging operation is implemented by an output control section 5, thereby allowing the user to implement charging with suitable timing. |
