PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an update system of an output video which makes it easy to alleviate the deterioration of an update speed of an output video according to an increase of time required for image processing.SOLUTION: An image recognition device with an image processing means detecting a moving object is provided with a means which carries out image processing of an video input from a camera, a means which stores an input video, a means which counts the number of frames of the input video, a means which holds a frame count value at the time of image processing completion, a means which makes the number of frames of the video output variable according to a field-of-view size of the input video, an average moving speed of the moving object to be detected, and a processing time, and a means to superimpose the image processing result and the camera video, and carries out video outputting. It introduces a means to create the output video by the optimum number of frames in a predetermined range for the image processing result, the camera input video, and deviation according to the image processing time, and updates the output video while changing the number of output frames according to the image processing time. |
