PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device achieving a low profile without sacrificing optical performance and suppressing an occurrence of an unwanted image due to unnecessary light in a picked-up image.SOLUTION: The image pickup device is provided with: a plate base 510; a rectangular-shaped opening 511 formed in the central part of the base; and a cylindrical lens holding part 512 for holding a lens 41, which is disposed in a protruding manner on a front frame 52 side of the base 510. A notch 518 is provided in the corner part of the opening 511 of the lens holding part 512. |
