PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a glossy molded article causing no "flow pattern" even if a resin material to which a brightening material is added is injected in a molding space including an uneven portion.SOLUTION: At the stage of "mold opening" or taking out the molded article by opening a mold for molding an appearance side surface and a mold for molding the opposite surface, a heater unit is advanced to heat the molds. Even after "mold closing" or closing both the molds, the molds are kept to be heated to, for example, 90 to 140°C for a short time. When the temperature of the molds reaches 140°C, the injection of the resin material including the brightening material into the molding space is started. When the injection of the resin material is finished, cooling water for cooling the molds is made to pass to lower temperatures of the molds. Finally, the temperatures of the molds are lowered to initial temperatures, and the mold is opened to take out the molded article. |
