PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorption nozzle of a chip mounter which holds and positions an object to be adsorbed.SOLUTION: The adsorption nozzle of the chip mounter which has an air outlet at a center part and an air inlet located at the periphery of the air outlet, which are formed at the end, and adsorbs and holds the adsorbed object in a floating state by an air flow which flows from the air outlet to the an air inlet. A pair of position reference surfaces which are located in the periphery of the air inlet and orthogonal to each other are formed. The air inlet is opened in each of a pair of position reference surfaces to generate the air flow which moves the adsorbed object in a floating state in a direction to come into contact with the pair of the position reference surfaces. |
