PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic and a skin care preparation for external use that effectively prevent or ameliorate generation of wrinkles.SOLUTION: The cosmetic and the skin care preparation for external use each comprises at least one moisturizing component selected from the group consisting of Glycine max, Angelica acutiloba, Gynostemma pentaphyllum, Rabdosia japonica, Alnus firma and valine, and a synthetic peptide exhibiting an anti-wrinkle action. In the cosmetic and the skin care preparation for external use, the synthetic peptide exhibits activity of competitively inhibiting, for example, binding of agrin to muscle-specific kinase (MuSK). |
