The method involves transmitting a synchronization signal with time period and predetermined frequency. A temporal position of switching time point of the synchronization signal are estimated by evaluation of spectral power level of the synchronization signal by cooperating reactive jammers, where the spectral power level is measured in successive look-through phases. The cooperating reactive jammers are synchronized, where the temporal position is used as a common anchor point for a temporal pattern of an interference cycle.
