<p>A cigarette sheet comprises a sheet base which contains 0.01~40 mass% of mesoporous composite. The burnable part of the cigarette comprises at least 3 mass % of cigarette sheet shreds which are produced by shredding the said cigarette sheet. The harm-reducing mesoporous composite is added into the cigarette by way of the cigarette sheet as a carrier, solving the problems of clogging filter by the tar in the mainstream smoke and then reducing the activity of the mesoporous composite, and solving the problem of limitation on the dosage of the mesoporous composite in case of adding it on shredded tobacco, meanwhile the harmful ingredients of the side stream smoke are absorbed, making full use of the harm-reducing effect of the mesoporous composite.</p>
