PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a rolling bearing arrangement which has a sufficient bonding strength and in which generation of outgassing is reduced and fluctuation in resonance frequency and fluctuation in torque are prevented.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a rolling bearing arrangement is provided that includes a thermal deformation process (step S2, S7) which causes into close contact with a shaft 13 by thermally deforming an inside circumferential edge portion of one end of axial direction of inner rings 3a, 3b by local laser irradiation in the fitted portion of each inner ring 3a, 3b of the two rolling bearings which are axially spaced and are concentrically arranged and the shaft 13 fitted into the inner rings 3a, 3b and a welding process (step S3, S8) which laser-welds the shaft 13 with the inside circumferential edge portion of the inner rings 3a, 3b brought into close contact with the shaft 13 by the thermal deformation process (step S2, S7). |
