PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively cool a heating component by cooperatively using heating energy of a plurality of heating components.SOLUTION: The washing and drying machine includes: a drive part 13 for driving a washing motor 12 and a drying fan motor 11; a first thermoelectric element 21 mounted in the drying fan motor 11; a second thermoelectric element 22 mounted in the washing motor 12; a third thermoelectric element 23 mounted in the drive part 13; a control part 40 for cooperatively controlling the electromotive force from the respective thermoelectric elements; a first cooling part 31 mounted in the drying fan motor 11 to be controlled by the control part 40 with the electromotive force; a second cooling part 32 mounted in the washing motor 12; and a third cooling part 33 mounted in the drive part 13. The control part 40 feeds the whole electromotive force generated from the difference in temperature between the heating components and environment by the first thermoelectric element 21 to third thermoelectric element 23 to any of the first thermoelectric element 21 to the third cooling part 23 for cooling. |
