PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp type LED lamp and an illumination device which are structurally compatible with an existing fluorescent lamp and can cope with an existing fluorescent lamp fixture, irrespective of a lighting method.SOLUTION: The fluorescent lamp type LED lamp includes: a nearly cylindrically outer shaped body 1 having a translucent part 1a and a lead-out part 1b4 at least at a part thereof; light-emitting elements 2 deployed in the body 1 so that radiation light is emitted from the translucent part 1a; bases 4 which are deployed at both end parts of the body 1, which have connection parts 4a configured to be mountable on sockets of a lighting fixture mounted with an existing straight tube type fluorescent lamp, of which the connection parts 4a are configured in a state insulated from the body 1, and which are configured so as not to supply the power to the light-emitting elements 2; and a power feeding part 5 which has a connector part 5a connector-connected to the connection part 8 of the lighting fixture led out to the outside of the lighting fixture from a lighting circuit 7 in order to light and control the light-emitting elements 2, and in which this connector part 5a is deployed at the lead-out part 1b4 of the body 1 to feed electric power to the light-emitting elements 2.
