PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting panel which can improve a manufacturing yield and quality by restraining generation of point defects, method for manufacturing the same, a light-emitting device, and an electronic equipment.SOLUTION: In the light-emitting panel, one or a plurality of projections PLA, PLB, and PLC are arranged at arbitrary neighboring and surrounding positions of transistors Tr11, Tr12 in each pixel formation area Rpx to surround the transistors Tr11, Tr12. Here, a height (a height of the highest point) of the projections PLA, PLB, and PLC from the surface of a substrate 11 is formed to be higher than that of the other element (transistors Tr11, Tr12 in particular) parts in the pixel formation area Rpx. |
