PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology on a conversion device converting image data.SOLUTION: The conversion device which outputs, as output data of a predetermined number bits, the result obtained by applying a predetermined arithmetic processing to input data includes: an LUT (Look Up Table) constituted of data of larger number of bits than the output bits, and having a significant data value outside the range expressed by the number of output bits; and an output means which outputs a result of applying a predetermined arithmetic processing to input data using the data value read from the LUT, by reducing the number of bits to the number of output bits. |
