PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage system in which power consumption is reduced by reducing conversion loss by a charger.SOLUTION: In the power storage system equipped with at least a solar cell and a battery module, a by-pass circuit which supplies a DC power generated by the solar cell to a battery module after by-pass of the charger, and a control part, are provided. When an output voltage of the solar battery is higher than a terminal voltage of the battery module by a first prescribed value or more, and lower than the terminal voltage thereof by a second prescribed value or less, the control part controls charging this battery module by supplying power generated by the solar cell to the battery module via the by-pass circuit. |
