PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an O/W/O type emulsion cosmetic which contains a hardly-soluble, predetermined ultraviolet absorber and excels in a use feeling.SOLUTION: The O/W/O type emulsion cosmetic contains an O/W type emulsion composition containing (a) an oil agent, (b) hexyl diethylaminohydroxybenzoate and/or bisethylhexyloxyphenolmethoxyphenyltriazine, (c) a phospholipid and (d) water dispersed in the outer oil phase containing (e) a silicone type surface active agent and (f) an oil agent. |
