FIELD: mining. ^ SUBSTANCE: screw-type actuating element includes the hub installed on drive shaft of revolving gear and screw blades on which cutter supports with cutters are located. At that, hub is made in the form of straight flattened cone each base of which has the shape of a circle; at that circle of smaller diameter, which is one of edges of the hub, is located on the side of revolving gear, and the appropriate circle of larger diameter faces the working face. Screw blades have the height subsequently increasing as to length of the hub in the direction to revolving gear; outer diameter of screw blades has similar value, thus giving the cylindrical shape to them along their external outline. ^ EFFECT: increasing loading efficiency of broken-down coal owing to increasing working volume of the screw in the direction of coal loading onto the conveyor, improving grade of produced coal and reducing power consumption during movement of coal with the actuating element. ^ 1 dwg |
