PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent appearance failure by finely deforming a portion near a part to be pressed to a lower side when a clip 20 is engaged by downwardly pressing a position just above the clip.SOLUTION: The end cap 1 is attached to a vehicle body 70 with a molding body 5. The clip 20 is engaged with the vehicle body 70 by pressing it through a ceiling wall part 55 at an opposite opening part side of the molding body 5. The end cap 1 includes a lid part 30; an insertion part 40; an engagement part 450 provided so as to be projected from an insertion slide-contact surface 451 of the insertion part 40 and fitted/engaged with a notch part 570 provided on a slide-contact guide surface 571 of the molding body 5 by resilient force of the insertion part 40(45); and a rib 470 provided near the clip 20 of the insertion part 40 and receiving reaction force from the vehicle body 70 by abutting a distal end part 4702 on the vehicle body 70 at pressing through the ceiling wall part 55 of the molding body 5. |
