PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an out-of-parking state communication system among multiple vehicles, capable of improving a real time property regarding empty information of parking lots (including parking space).SOLUTION: A system for transmitting and receiving a mutual parking situation among multiple vehicles A, B, and C includes a parking state transmission/reception device 10 provided with: an out-of-parking detector for detecting that each of vehicles A, B, or C (the vehicle A, for example) detects the own vehicle gets out of a parking state, and sending out an out-of-parking signal; a transmitter for receiving the out-of-parking signal from the out-of-parking detector, and transmitting the out-of-parking information and positional information of the own vehicle to the other vehicles (the vehicle B and C, for example); and a receiver for receiving the out-of-parking information and positional information transmitted from the transmitter of the other vehicle. |
