PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin gear which can improve recyclability, reduce waste, and achieve cost reduction by improving a yield while retaining a high strength, a high heat resistance, and a high tooth profile accuracy.SOLUTION: The resin gear includes a metal bushing 2 and a first sheet-making layer 20 arranged around the metal bushing 2. The first sheet-making layer 20, which contains short fibers and hardened resin powder 22, is made by impregnating and hardening a liquid resin. Preferably, the hardened resin powder and the liquid resin are the same resin. Furthermore, the hardened resin powder of 1 to 60 vol.% per unit volume after the impregnation and hardening of the liquid resin is contained. The average particle diameter of the hardened resin power is 4 mm or less. |
