PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel by which display of a display element on the back side is clear and it is easy to perform an operation regarding the touch panel which is used for various kinds of electronic equipment.SOLUTION: The touch panel, which does not spoil visibility and in which the display of the display element on the back side is clear and it is easy to perform the operation, is obtained since moisture 6A does not become a droplet 6 and thinly spreads like a film on a lower surface of a hydrophilic layer 7 even when dew condensation is generated by sharp temperature fluctuation, by providing the lower surface of an upper conductive layer 3 with the hydrophilic layer 7 like a thin film. |
