PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a high gain and compact antenna device inexpensively, and to provide an antenna device and an antenna module manufactured by the method.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an antenna device includes: a composition supply process of supplying, onto a first conductor film 22 formed on a first carrier 103, a liquid composition 121 formed by using a low-molecular-weight component of a resin as a main component to embed a reflector 24 formed of a metal material; a substrate formation process of forming a dielectric substrate 21 by curing or polymerizing the composition 121; and a carrier removal process of removing the first carrier 103 from the dielectric substrate 21. |
