PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the fuel consumption of other fuels by utilizing, as a fuel for forming steam for desorption, volatile organic compounds which accompanies steam for desorption when gas containing volatile organic compounds is introduced into, and adsorbed in an adsorption column, and is desorbed with the heated steam for desorption.SOLUTION: Feed openings of the steam for desorption to the adsorption column 11 are prepared in plural stages in a direction of both ends of the adsorption column 11, a feed opening 15A is prepared near a delivery opening 16 installed on one end side from which steam is extracted after desorption and led to a combustion furnace 13, and at least a feed opening 15E is prepared on the other end side of the adsorption column. Opening is carried out sequentially from the feed opening 15A near the delivery opening 16. |
